This ticket entitles 1 child standard entry to Heads of Ayr Farm Park.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Tickets are only valid for date of purchase and during Park opening times, 10am-5pm.
• Only admits the number of persons stated on the order receipt.
• Tickets can be purchased online or at our admissions desk on the day for the same price.
• If you choose to purchase tickets online, please print your confirmation and bring it along with you on the day. If you do not have access to a printer, showing the email confirmation on your smartphone is also acceptable.
• IMPORTANT: Please check the date of your tickets before continuing to the checkout! It is very important that you book for the correct date.

Tickets purchased are not redeemable for cash and only permit access to the Park. Some activities incur additional costs within the Park.

Season Tickets are not available online but please contact us by telephone or e-mail if you wish to purchase them.

Refunds and Exchanges
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to amend or cancel your booking. We will be unable to help after this time. Refunds can only be given to the person who was originally billed for the tickets.

To query your purchase, please contact us via our online enquiry form or by email. Please have your Transaction ID and cart ID to hand (as stated in your WorldPay transaction receipt) as well as the date that you purchased the tickets. Our refund policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
